Privacy Policy
Welcome to Kisscalapp. Our platform provides scheduling, calendar management, and automated appointment reminder software solutions. Kisscalapp is owned and operated by Kisscopy44 LLC, a registered limited liability company in New Mexico, USA.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, you can contact our data compliance management directly at kisscalapp@gmail.com.
1. Information We Collect and Process
We collect and process the minimum amount of personal identification information required to operate our booking services safely and efficiently:
Account Owners: We collect your name, business name, account login credentials, and email address when you register your software platform profile.
Staff and Employees: If you register staff members or employees under your primary dashboard account, we collect their names, email addresses, and specific working hour availability profiles to assign them to appointment services. Account owners are solely responsible for ensuring they have obtained appropriate authorization from their staff members before inputting their details into our platform.
Customers: When an end-user customer books an appointment slot through a public scheduling link, we collect their name, email address, and phone number to secure their time slot and deliver automated transactional alerts.
Sensitive Data Limitation: The platform is a general business administrative tool. Users are responsible for managing the nature of the information they collect from their end-users and ensuring it aligns with their own industry data standards and privacy regulations.
2. Marketing Data Use Permissions
Platform Marketing: We may use the email address provided by account owners to distribute periodic company updates, platform security alerts, and promotional marketing materials. You can opt out of these newsletters at any time by utilizing the "Unsubscribe" button embedded at the bottom of our emails.
Client Marketing Rights: Contact information (such as email addresses and phone numbers) voluntarily submitted by customers during a booking process may be accessed and used by our business Clients for their own independent marketing, promotional, and customer relationship campaigns. Our business Clients remain solely liable for ensuring their marketing practices comply with local jurisdictional privacy laws and provide a clear mechanism for their end-users to opt out.
3. Web Browser Cookies
Our website and application environments employ standard browser "cookies" to preserve user login sessions, personalize dashboard configurations, and collect aggregated anonymous traffic metrics. You may configure your local web browser to reject cookies; however, doing so will cause significant features of our application dashboard to stop functioning correctly.
4. Third-Party Service Providers and Payment Processing
We strictly do not sell, rent, or lease user identification records to marketing networks or third parties. Data is only transferred to encrypted third-party service providers necessary to execute core platform features:
Payment Gateways: If optional booking payment links are activated, all transaction data is processed directly under the secure infrastructure of our third-party payment processing service providers. We do not collect, view, or store full credit card numbers or banking metrics on our platform servers.
Communications: Automated SMS appointment reminders and confirmation emails are routed through trusted telecommunication delivery networks.
SMS Privacy Policy Addendum: We respect your mobile privacy. Any phone numbers collected on our website or gathered verbally during outbound phone conversations will be used strictly for sending requested informational text messages or product videos. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent history will not be shared, rented, or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Google API Data Isolation & Data Retention/Deletion Disclosure
Our software platform offers an optional integration allowing platform users to link their external Google Calendars to sync personal schedules.
Data Access Boundaries: When authorized, our calendar integration accesses Google API data strictly to view event durations, titles, and free/busy statuses to identify availability and prevent automated scheduling conflicts. We do not analyze attendee identities, read incoming email streams, or log internal event descriptions.
Limited Use Compliance Clause: Our application’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its explicit Limited Use requirements.
Data Retention Timelines: We retain retrieved Google user data only for the length of time needed to fulfill the scheduling automation purposes outlined in this policy. Active calendar data is cached locally only as long as the user's account remains active.
Data Deletion & Erasure Framework: Platform users retain total authority over their data connections. Disconnecting an external calendar within your dashboard account settings will instantly terminate active OAuth tokens and permanently delete, destroy, or purge all cached calendar sync files from our operational databases. You may also request complete erasure of your account data by contacting us at kisscalapp@gmail.com.
6. Data Protection & Security Mechanisms
We implement strict administrative, physical, and technical security procedures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your sensitive Google user data:
Encryption Standards: We use industry-standard encryption protocols (including Transport Layer Security/TLS and HTTPS) to protect your information during transit between our servers, your dashboard, and third-party APIs.
Access Controls: Access to sensitive data is heavily restricted via authorization controls. No human staff members view your raw connected calendar fields unless explicitly requested by you for specific technical support troubleshooting.
Prohibited Uses: We explicitly prohibit the use or transfer of Google user data for targeted advertising, selling to data brokers, determining creditworthiness, or training machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
7. Third-Party Web Links
Our website and platform dashboards may contain external web links to partner services, service provider sites, or external resources. We do not exert control over the content, structure, or security frameworks of external web properties. Browsing, interacting with, or sharing credentials on any external website is entirely governed by that specific third party’s independent terms and privacy rules.
8. Modifications to This Policy
Kisscopy44 LLC retains full authority to modify or update this Privacy Policy at our discretion at any time. When modifications occur, the updated revision date at the top of this document will be modified accordingly. We encourage our platform users to routinely audit this page to stay informed of our data security practices. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
9. Your Legal Acceptance of These Terms
By navigating our website, setting up an active user profile, or using our scheduling software platform, you signify your formal legal acceptance of this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the rules and terms listed within these documents, you must discontinue your access to our website and software applications immediately.
